1. Custom Fabric Knitting & Dyeing
We partner with specialized knitting and dyeing facilities to develop the exact fabric your brand needs. Fleece, jersey, interlock, and French terry are the daily staples on our cutting tables.
Just provide us with your targets (or let our team recommend them according to your garment):
Color: Pantone codes or physical color swatches.
Composition: Cotton, poly, spandex, viscose, or custom blends.
Specs: GSM weight, hand-feel, color fastness etc.
You’ll receive physical swatches and lab dips to verify everything before bulk fabric production begins.

Our expert pattern team utilizes CAD for precise sizing and grading. Whether you have a detailed Tech Pack or just a reference sample, we turn your concept into reality.

Once you receive the sample, our work isn’t done. We will work with you to refine every detail until we get your final green light for bulk production.

4. Custom Print & Embroidery
We handle a full range of custom printing and embroidery:
Printing: Plastisol, Water-based, Puff, High-Density, DTG, Heat transfers, and more.
Embroidery: Satin stitch, appliqué, chenille (towel), and more.
More importantly, we control the quality, our FPC team inspects every single panel before it enters the sewing line. Cracked prints, poor registration, and loose threads are rejected immediately. They will never make it into your final shipment.

Our Custom Manufacturing Process
1. Share Your Vision & Tech Packs
It all starts with your vision. Please share your tech packs, fabric preferences, fit requirements, and any specific details like print artwork or trims. Our team will carefully review every detail to ensure we fully understand your design intent and manufacturing standards before moving forward.
2. Sourcing & Physical Sampling
We will source the best materials based on your requirements. We then prepare and send you physical samples, including fabric swatches, lab dips for color accuracy, fit samples for sizing, print or embroidery strike-offs, and accessory prototypes.
3. Feedback & Refinement
Your feedback is the most important part of this process. Once you receive the samples, we will work closely with you to discuss any necessary adjustments. If the fit, color, or hand-feel needs tweaking, we will gladly refine the details and provide updated samples until you are completely satisfied.
4. Custom Fabric Knitting & Dyeing
Once you have approved the fabric quality and the exact color shades, we move to the raw material stage. We coordinate with our trusted partner mills to begin custom knitting and dyeing. This ensures your bulk order maintains consistent weight, texture, and color performance from the very first yard to the last.
5. Pre-Production (PP) Sample
We create a PP sample that reflects all your approved details and revisions. This serves as the golden standard for the entire production run. We will only proceed to the bulk manufacturing phase after you have fully reviewed and officially approved this final sample.
6. Bulk Production
With the PP sample approved, bulk production begins. We will keep you updated with photos and videos straight from our factory floor.
7. Rigorous QC & Third-Party Audits
Quality is the lifeline of our factory. Our internal QC team conducts rigorous inspections on every single garment to ensure it matches the approved PP sample. We also warmly welcome you to visit our facility at any time, or you can arrange for a third-party inspection agency to verify the quality before shipment.
8. Packing & Shipping
Upon passing all QC checks, garments are carefully packed to your exact retail specifications and then dispatched securely.
